Before You Start

Space the holes sufficiently to hold the profile securely along its full length. Keep the holes away from the thin outer edges of the curved profile.
Countersink each hole so that the screw heads will finish flush with the surface.
Raised screw heads could:

Step 7A: Mark and Drill the Floor

The finished plate should be:

Step 6B: Prepare for Adhesive Fixing
Where adhesive fixing is appropriate, prepare the floor and underside of the threshold plate in accordance with the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions.
The contact surfaces should normally be:

Do not bond the threshold plate onto loose carpet, unstable finishes or contaminated surfaces.
Step 7B: Apply the Adhesive
